Tuttle Youth Basketball head coaches must register online through Tuttle Public Schools before you are allowed to practice in Tuttle facilities.  Follow the instructions below to register:

• Gymnasium/Auditorium Request Form
  • Page 1 - Provide your email address, first name, last name, and phone number - Click Next
  • Page 2
    • Enter "Tuttle Youth Basketball" for group/organization.
    • Enter "100%" for what percentage of the group/organization are students at Tuttle.
    • Enter "Basketball Practice" for purpose of use.
    • Select "No" for charge for entry.
    • Review the 3 legal documents and select "Yes" to those 3 questions.  Links to associated documents below:

      • Tuttle Board of Education: Indemnification, Hold Harmless and Insurance Agreement
      • Tuttle Board of Education: Use of School Property Regulations
    • Tuttle Youth Basketball is providing proof of insurance for the players and coaches, so select "Yes" for the related question.
    • Enter "Tuttle Elementary, Intermediate, Middle School, and/or HS AUX gyms" for the requested facility to use.
    • Enter "October 2022 thru March 2023" for dates to use the facility. 
    • Enter your name and click Submit.
• Contact Noble Sandlin to schedule practice times, if you have not already done so.
• The school now charges $10 each to purchase your key card, which will be reusable each year.  If you lose a card, you will need to purchase another one through the school as a replacement.
